She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Sage for the past few years.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Bookbinder father left him crippled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
