His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Being a Gardener kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born in the east to a Bookbinder, Silgre learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Her childhood dream was to be a Farmer, but she was a colossal failure. In the meantime she has taken over work as a Bookbinder and occasionally as a mercenary.

She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: She got into the Shepherd business at a young age. Her childhood dream was to be a Cartwright, but she was a colossal failure. She struck the Shepherd job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She tends to wear a black poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. Her hair is brown and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
