History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kaladan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Ootah was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Bowyer. Recently the stress of being a Bowyer has made it difficult for her to sleep.
