Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hobart does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Masseuse hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
