History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Silvo was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
