History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Emerald grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Emerald. Being a Fisher kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Nella was born on a far northern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Courier. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by goblins. Nella was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the goblins.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears white painted combat armor at almost all times. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. This hazel eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Barber arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
