History: She was raised in a plains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Jarsali never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. Her hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 14. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born into a rich family. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is her passion
