History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Koeth was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Crown-heir. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.

He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Being a Spice Merchant kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
