History: Verna was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. Through the years after Verna was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Verna's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Verna never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. The war was a terrible time for him, and Koeth does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Koeth was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born in the north. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his mother before him.
