Description: Standing 6'3", this man wears long strands of amethyst and short black dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tarak grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tarak. He now mingles about in high society.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and to reunite with her absent mother

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by gnolls. Jane was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: Born in the west to a Interpreter, Sweet learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
