History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. A true patriot, Emerald would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When Emerald reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. Her moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Theirastra is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Theirastra hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Theirastra liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: To be a Guard again; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She is typically in her Fortune-teller uniform. She keeps her long blue hair kept up in a rat tail. She has gold eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.

Personality: Decarabia wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Barbarian, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She's also a talented Guard, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and further expansion of business
