Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: This woman prefers to wear blue pants and tee shirts. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on her left hand. With wild brown hair. Her brown eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Panana embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. Panana enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. While she appears to be a normal Gnome, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has wavy brown hair. His black eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Born to a Merchant, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Spy hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: She wears a blue tunic with white highlights, and long yellow pants that bunch up around her shoes. She has wavy chestnut hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. After a long history of fighting, Valanthe and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and to get a good night's sleep
