History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Paelias was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Being a Engraver kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Mortician. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Nyx was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kriv grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kriv. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and someone believes her a fraud
