Description: This eastern woman is abnormally tall. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her whole body is exceptionally muscular. She has done her best to style her white hair to look like a famous performer. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: Nora is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered white stockings. His chestnut hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.
History: Ulfgar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: He wears green robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his axe, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His brown hair is thinning but still full. He has a dull look in his black eyes.
Personality: He is a Mercenary first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: Gifted from a young age, Qemuel studied abroad. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. Her fur is cut close to her head. Her eyes are likewise amber.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Cask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.
