Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears bulky white painted plate armor, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She invites people to come help in her community garden.
History: Nora was born the youngest of three triplets. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by her family; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: A woman with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. She prefers to wear tan pants and tee shirts. She keeps her long silver hair kept up in a rat tail. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Siffress is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Mortician father left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: A 5'1" eastern woman, she sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her hair is short and silver. Her eyes are likewise black.
Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hecat was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hecat took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up crossbow and armor she uses now. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg

Description: She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail, and she perpetually has her nunchaku ready. Her long white hair reaches down to her waist. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When Gunnloda reached her early adolescence her Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She struck the Fisher job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and expand her business
