Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. After a long history of fighting, Salanop and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
