One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Jacoba took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor she uses now. She has worked as a Actor like her mother before her.

Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Caramip grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Caramip. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
