History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Stacee and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Faran was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
