History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. After coming to the age of reason, Zook took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
