Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gardain is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Ahlyssa was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With bright golden hair and a scraggly beard. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears a broad hat to hide her balding. Her eyes are gray and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is a Carter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Carter responsibilities is difficult.
