History: Mantus hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Mantus was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.
