History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Hugh was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Hugh decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Brewer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has never given up on his music dream.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and regain custody of his son

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Sellsword arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
