History: Pikar was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Pikar has worked very hard to control his curse. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.
