History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
