Description: He is a pot bellied northern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. His brown hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His eyes are amber.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hagren is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hagren was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Hagren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is an amazing painter.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has wavy golden hair. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, she has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.

History: Alain lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Herbalist they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second son.
