Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'9". He wears grey leather gloves, a grey jacket, and tight pants, and his gloved hand is found clutching a scimitar. His hair is always cut to a buzz. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shoemaker business.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of his son

Description: 6'2" and muscular, this northern woman wears long strands of jet and short green dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She keeps her long brass crest kept up in a rat tail. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She's also a talented Bellfounder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He's in love; and obtaining odd cultural halfling artifacts is his passion

Description: This late middle aged man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with tan lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He is baby faced.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
