Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Balifra is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

History: Cecily was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. She became a Detective soon after.
