Description: A 2'10" western woman, she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright white and pastel, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her moppish silver hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Born in the west to a Glassblower, Kithri learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
