Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his trident with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are a pleasant silver.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Pelaios grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Pelaios. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
