History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Alston was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents enrolled him in a Bard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
