Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with grey colored cloaks and clothing. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gardain was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gardain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gardain. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This slender woman stands about 3'6". She wears long strands of jet and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. She has a long chestnut ponytail with little hanging trinkets. Her brown eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed blue hat.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A true patriot, Ranala would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Barber, who enjoyed hunting, Ranala was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She became a Roofer soon after.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: He stands about 6'6" and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His bronze crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gold.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: He is lean but muscular and prefers to wear black pants and tee shirts. His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a skull scrunchie. He has red eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Barber born in the past three hundred years. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Marbas was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Marbas decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Marbas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
