Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Born in the north to a Cartwright, Luthra learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She struck the Cartwright job and began her own company from there.
