History: She was raised in a plains tribe. At some point she was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this she finally managed to escape. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Mordai was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Mordai's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Mordai was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
