Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. This violet eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Katherine was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bricklayer for hire.

History: Kite lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was taken from her home at a very young age. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
