History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Rimple was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sage. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Rimple never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Personality: Curran is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Curran was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
