Description: This man stands a little under 5'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He carries with him a set of longswords, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He keeps his yellow fur in a flapper bob. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nimble grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nimble. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and revenge

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears a black broad hat and black clothes, and a wedding ring on her left hand. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. She has a tattooed face.
Personality: Yevelda speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Yevelda grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 4'3" and is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He has moderate length blonde hair. His amber unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Morkral embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morkral fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.
