History: Born in the east to a Carpenter, Wiggens learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He now owns his own business.
