Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears brown leather gloves, a brown jacket, and tight pants. His brown hair is knotted and matted. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Tanner and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: Dean was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He found a children's book about a Human Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and to reunite with his old friends

This blue eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Werydd isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Dwarven unity. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world.
