Personality: She is fixated on the number 11. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Ilanis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Some 3 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ilanis never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Cook father left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
