Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Ploughman. He has worked as a Ploughman like his mother before him.

History: Hupe was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: This woman is tall and muscular. She likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Her hair is white and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jacoba grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jacoba. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and a rival would like her out of the picture
