Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Through the years after Serpent was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: The child of a Barkeep, who enjoyed hunting, Balifra was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Balifra was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
