Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Unemployed business.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: He wears skinny pants and wears a yellow and tan robe with the hood down, and carries sais. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: Gilbert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: A 3'1" western woman, she dresses like a well dressed Courier does. She has wavy red hair. Her blue eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. She has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Like her mother and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Courier. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
