Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Heather was born the youngest of three triplets. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
