He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Layabout, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and balancing her hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
