Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she is dressed in earthy colors with a brown and black handkerchief worn on her right side. She sports chestnut long hair. Her eyes are blue.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His eyes are amber and catlike.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He is wearing a long, blue cloak. Sporting a silver mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He has gray eyes and a blue hat with a red feather.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a Glassblower, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Broce took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: He stands about 4'4" and has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has green eyes and a grey hat with a violet feather.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. Nalral enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. A freak accident while working with his Stableman father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things
