Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a sai, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
