Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He wears an entirely green suit with brown socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His green crest is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he has decided he is irredeemable
