Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. The war was a terrible time for him, and Aldous does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He is wearing a long, black, dusty cloak. Sporting a black mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: Ûkbûk wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Warrior, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. Some 3 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ûkbûk never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ellyjoybell abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she wants to meet her childhood hero
