In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody.
