Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She was granted psionic powers by her dying brother.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes giants are coming to abduct people. Emmeline enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Emmeline studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she wants revenge against giants
